The practice of meditation has many forms. In it's essence meditation helps us become more aware and in touch with our inner world and how it relates to the external world. Meditation can help us see past the superficial, material world that manifests in front of us, and allow us to access a glimpse into a more subtle, and peaceful reality. Living in a superficial world can be as turbulent and variable as living on the surface of the ocean. With a strong meditation practice, we can learn to live below the surface, in the calm depths of the ocean. Regardless of the storms that may be happening above, we are able to access a much more stable oasis of calm and we are unmoved by the zig-zag of life. While this may be easy to conceptualize, it takes a great deal of practice. In order to help aid us in our path to deep calmness, joy and compassion, I've recorded heaps of meditations and it makes me so happy to share the love. For whatever mood or experience you may be having, we can find a fitting meditation!
